Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Code House Solutions ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services

Code House Solutions provides AI implementation, automation systems, and related technology services. The specific scope, deliverables, and terms of any engagement will be outlined in a separate agreement or statement of work.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise specified in a written agreement:

• All pre-existing intellectual property remains the property of its respective owner
• Custom work product created for clients becomes the client's property upon full payment
• We retain the right to use general knowledge, skills, and techniques developed during engagements
• Our website content, branding, and proprietary tools remain our exclusive property

Client Responsibilities

When engaging our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information necessary for the project
• Respond to requests and provide feedback in a timely manner
• Ensure you have the rights to any materials you provide to us
• Pay all fees as agreed upon in the engagement terms
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due within 30 days of receipt. Late payments may be subject to interest charges and/or suspension of services.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any agreement between the parties.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Code House Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, regardless of the cause of action or the nature of the claim. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

Warranties and Disclaimers

We provide our services on an "as is" basis. While we strive for excellence in all deliverables, we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the results that may be obtained from the use of our services. AI and automation technologies involve inherent uncertainties, and outcomes may vary.

Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement as specified in the applicable project agreement. Upon termination, the client shall pay for all services rendered up to the termination date. Provisions relating to intellectual property, confidentiality, and limitation of liability shall survive termination.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in San Francisco County, California.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified Terms.
